What is a “Fruit Day” anyway?
According to the Biodynamic Calendar, fruit days are ideal times for tasting wine and harvesting grapes. On these days the moon enters the fire signs: Leo, Aries, Sagittarius - which is believed to add more vibrancy to the wine.
